Set Search Criteria and then just Choose the "Get Email Updates" Button as opposed to the "Submit Search" Button. Upon getting Successful Search Results Roughly Matching the type Property you are looking for, Simply Input your Valid Email Address. Search Criteria & Email Notifications can be set Once for Each Property Category (Including All Categories) on Each separate ForLandSake.com Database. The Search Criteria Can be Changed / Updated by Repeating the Same Process for any Category in the Future.

ForLandSake.Com will then Send Notices of Incoming New Listings Matching that Search Criteria to YOUR Email Box as they come into the system.

You can Cancel the Notices at any time, should you wish to stop Monitoring Listings and your Email Address will be given to no 3rd Parties.
