ForLandSake.com Property Advertising Terms of Use Agreement

		By Advertising Property on ForLandSake.com You agree to the following Terms


1) ForLandSake.com reserves the sole right to allow or disallow any property Listing

	a) Properties are only accepted to the web site if having a minimum of 1 acre site size.
	b) Property Listings without photographs may not be allowed.
	c) Listings without adequate descriptive narrative of the offered property may not be allowed.

2) ForLandSake.com reserves the sole right to Allow, Disallow Property listings on the Web Site.

	a) Listings will not be allowed which include references to other web sites, Individuals, Companies or other
	   interests on any web page except in the properly provided page spaces.
	b) Additional Information may be required for any specific listing, including but not limited to
	   Tax Assessor identification numbers, directions, Legal Descriptions or other information.
	c) Any listing information found to not represent an actual offered property for sale will be promptly
	   removed without notice.
	d) Any listing found to be not properly or reasonably representative of the property actually offered 
	   for sale is subject to removal without notice.
	e) Listing information may be edited by ForLandSake.com prior to allowing activate for search results
	   on the web site.  In that event, the advertiser will be allowed to review the edited page data 
	   for approval.

3) By advertising property on ForLandSake.com, you establish a business relationship with ForLandSake.com 

	a) You may be contacted by telephone for additional information or as may be required as a part of 
	   maintaining your business relationship with ForLandSake.com. 
	b) Continued email contact is required for any listing on ForLandSake.com.
	c) Email contact may be made after a listing becomes inactive for verification that the listing is no
	   longer available or that the Advertiser no longer wishes to advertise the property.
	d) As a current or past advertiser, you reserve the right to terminate any contact from ForLandSake.com
	   with proper notice.

4) Maintaining Listings.

	a) Any advertiser on ForLandSake.com will be required to have a valid and deliverable Email Address.
	b) No listing will become active for search results on the Web Site until confirmation of a valid and
	   deliverable Email Address is made.
	c) Any listing on the web site only has an active period of 30 days after which a re-confirmation may
	   be made that the listing remains available for purchase and is a valid property offering
	d) Automated email notices will be sent to the advertiser's Email Address prior to the 30 day expiration
	   date at which point the period may be extended for another 30 days, effective as of the date of the 
	   online extension of the advertising period.
	e) Any listing passing the 30 day expiration date without re-confirmation will be automatically removed 
	   from the search results on the web site and will be permanently removed after an indeterminate grace
	   period following the expiration date which may vary in length of time.
	e) Any advertiser may delete any listing placed by them at any time with proper registration and log-in.
	f) Access to editing any listing is available only to ForLandSake.com and the advertiser with proper 
	   registration and log-in.

5) Personal Contact information.	
	a) Placing a property advertisement on ForLandSake.com may make certain information available to the
	   general public including, possibly, your home address (only if the same as the offered property), your 
	   home telephone number, office telephone number and place of employment if an agent, and Your cell phone 
	   number.
	b) Any advertiser has the choice, through options available in the listing input functions of the web site, 
	   to either allow personal contact information to be part of their property listing information or not, 
	   except in the case that the property being advertised is also the advertisers place of residence.
	c) ForLandSake.com will never make any advertising users personal information available to any member of 
	   the general public that is not directly related to their property listing advertisment.
	d) Any user may advertise property with the option of having no personal contact information made available
	   to the general public, by choosing to use ForLandSake.com or other licensed agents as the primary contact
	   for information related to the property or for arranging inspections by interested parties.

6) Acts of theft, violence or other crimes.

	a) ForLandSake.com assumes no responsibility for any acts by any individuals for which claims might be made
	   that such acts were the result of any contact information or other information made available to the general
	   public through the ForLandSake.com web site.
	b) As noted elsewere, provisions are made that allow property marketing without contact information being made
	   available to the public on the web site.

7) Billing or Charges for use.

	a) No Charges or billing for use or other services will ever be made directly on the ForLandSake.com 
	   web site without use of a 3rd party web site such as PayPal, Google or equivalent services fully Secure 
	   and responsible for online financial transactions.
	b) No financial exchanges should ever be made to any web site claiming to be on behalf of ForLandSake.com
	   without use of a recognized 3rd party web site secure for online financial transactions accessed from 
	   the ForLandSake.com web site after proper log-in and with the 3rd party secure site recognition of  
	   online communication between the ForLandSake.com web site and the encryption secure transaction site.
