The Interactive Search is much more precise and will allow better "mining" for properties buried deep within the thousands of listings on this web site. Note that in many Geographical Areas, there may be overlap of coverage from different MLS Databases. For Example, Searching the Birmingham and Huntsville (NALMLS) derived databases would be useful for interest in some transitional areas between the Cities. It is also possible that you might find a gulf coast property listed in NALMLS or a Huntsville Commercial Land listing in the Birmingham MLS. Why are these listings not merged into one Searchable Database? Because Local MLS Rules and Regulations deny that.
